  • Three 1-hour prenatal sessions (1 in-home, 2 virtual)

  • A dedicated in-home session to develop your personalized Birth Wishes

  • Continuous support during active labor, birth, and delivery

  • Immediate postpartum support (up to 2  hours), including initial breastfeeding assistance

  • Three 2-hour postpartum sessions in the comfort of your home 

  • Access to limited birth and breastfeeding material only

  • A trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and shortly after birth.

  • Doulas do not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or make decisions for clients. We work alongside your care team to support your choices.

  • Yes, I support births in all settings as long as a qualified medical provider is in attendance.

  • Each package has different services included set up a consult to determine which package may be best for you!

  • The sooner, the better—especially during busy months, as my calendar can fill up quickly! That said, don’t hesitate to reach out, even if you’re later in your pregnancy. I’ve been able to accommodate families as late as 40 weeks!

  • In the rare event that I’m unavailable when labor begins, I will send a trusted backup doula to support you and your partner. I’ll also stay closely connected and available via text, email, or FaceTime, and will join you in person as soon as I’m able.

  • Absolutely. I offer a free meet-and-greet to see if we’re a good fit. You can request your session here.

  • Yes! I support the entire birth team and love helping partners feel confident and connected during the process.

  • Continuous emotional and physical support (comfort measures, positions, coping strategies), advocacy reminders, and reassurance.

  • Yes! I support all kinds of births—unmedicated, medicated, or surgical.

  • I’m on call for you 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until your baby arrives.

  • Yes, depending on the package you choose. I also offer standalone postpartum visits and coaching. For more information on my Postpartum Packages click here.

  • Yes. I’m happy to break payments into manageable parts—just ask during booking.

  • I accept Carrot, HSA/FSA and provide detailed bills so you can submit to insurance.

  • Yes, and they’re included with some packages or available a la carte. You can shop classes here.

  • Yes, while I primarily work with families in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley, virtual doula services are available for families outside my service area or by preference.
