Pregnancy, Birth & Baby Questions

When should I hire a doula?

The earlier, the better! Many clients hire a doula in the first or second trimester to start receiving support early. However, we also accept last-minute bookings if availability allows.

Can a doula replace my doctor or midwife?

No. A doula does not provide medical care but works alongside your doctor or midwife to support you emotionally and physically. Think of us as your advocate, educator, and comfort expert during pregnancy and birth.

What if I don’t know what kind of birth I want?

That’s okay! We’ll help you explore your options, provide evidence-based information, and empower you to make informed decisions that feel right for you.
